Please complete the form below by THURSDAY, JUNE 28, 2019. All Americana residents must register their vehicles prior to the event regardless of whether they plan to attend the Fourth of July Jubilee or not. 

Please provide information about all residents of your home and provide the vehicle registration information to ensure your vehicles are properly accounted for on the day of the event.

Do you plan to attend the Jubilee? *
Please provide the number of guests you will supply with one of your six wristbands. Maximum number of guests is six.

For planning purposes, please let us know if you plan to bring one personal tent for use at the event. If yes, please refer to the Rules + Regulations page for tent guidelines and general rules.

YEAR / MAKE / MODEL / COLOR LICENSE PLATE NO. To allow for vehicular access on the day of the event, your vehicle(s) will require parking permits. After 12:00 pm on Thursday, July 4, 2019, public vehicular access to Americana will be closed. In order to obtain a valid parking pass, please complete the information below. You will be able to retrieve your customized parking passes for your pre-registered vehicles at the Americana Model Home at 1122 Americana Boulevard between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Parking passes are NOT transferable and may not be utilized in a vehicle that has not been pre-registered. The number of parking passes per household has been limited to two. Any guests of Americana residents will be asked to park their vehicle(s) in the General Parking Area as shown on the Event Map. Vehicles that do not have a valid parking pass WILL BE TOWED FROM AMERICANA AT THE OWNER’S EXPENSE.
